    Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. Andy Peeples, Arkhola Sand and Gravel Company, 1010 Frontier Road, Barling, Arkansas 72923, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States associated with a 5-year extension of the applicant’s Department of the Army permit to authorize the commercial dredging of sand and gravel below the ordinary high water mark of the Arkansas River.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, HAS REISSUED GP-45, for the maintenance of man-made lakes and ponds within the State of Missouri. This regional general permit (RGP) is issued under the authority of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 USC 1344). It does not obviate the need for project proponents to obtain other Federal, state, or local authorizations.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. Drew Snyder, Prospect Village, LLC, 20010 Manderson Street Suite 101, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States associated with the development of Prospect Village. The project would affect waters of the United States associated with 6 unnamed tributaries to Joplin Creek and 4 unnamed wetlands. The proposed project is located in section 18, T. 27 N., R. 32 W., Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

    Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Five Rivers Distribution, LLC, Mr. Marty Shell, 2020 River Front, Van Buren, AR 72597, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States specifically 0.29 acres of wetlands associated with excavation of an inland harbor that will be 1,000 feet long, 200 feet wide, and dredged to an elevation of 374 feet M.S.L., which is 15 feet below normal pool elevation of the Arkansas River at this location. The placement of dredged material from the excavated harbor and/or fill material sourced from offsite will be placed in approximately 0.91 acres of wetlands within the project boundary that is graded for harbor facility use. This proposed action will also include the installation of sheet pile bulkhead to construct 2,000 feet of dock frontage.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that ARDOT has requested authorization for work in waters of the United States associated with establishing a wetland mitigation bank. The proposed 258-acre site is located on the east side and immediately adjacent to the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AG&FC) - Dave Donaldson Black River Wildlife Management Area (WMA). ARDOT has submitted their Dave Donaldson Mitigation Bank prospectus. The prospectus outlines the proposal for developing and operating the bank, which is known as the mitigation banking instrument (MBI).
