Box 867, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203-0867, call (501)324-5295, or send an email to ceswl-pr-r@usace.army.mil and include your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and indicate which counties in Arkansas or Missouri you would like to receive public notices.

  • RGP-41 (2007-2078)

    Expiration date: 11/16/2022

    In accordance with Title 33 CFR 325.2 and 325.7(e), as published in the November 13, 1986, Federal Register, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, the St. Louis District, the Rock Island District, the Little Rock District, and the Memphis District propose to reissue this RGP (Enclosure). This RGP was originally issued by the Kansas City District in March 2008, it was reissued on April 22, 2013, and on April 2, 2018. The current RGP 41 expires April 2, 2023. This RGP would allow for the excavation or placement of fill material for protection and/or repair of existing flood damaged structures, damaged land areas and/or damaged fills.   • NWKGP-34M (2005-01869)

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, HAS REISSUED Regional General Permit NWKGP-34M for Sand and Gravel Excavation Activities in Waters of the United States within the State of Missouri under the authority of Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 USC 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 USC 1344).

  • SWL 2020-00137 (GP-45)

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, HAS ISSUED GP-45, authorizing the discharge of dredged or fill material, in the State of Missouri, associated with activities designed to improve water quality, improve fish and wildlife habitat, maintain recreational value, and extend the lifespan of man-made lakes and ponds. This permit authorizes the removal and discharge of lakebed/pond sediment in conjunction with mechanical dredging, hydraulic dredging (including return water from such activities) and excavation activities.

    Consideration of Re-issuance of a Regional General Permit for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States associated with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) work on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System in Arkansas and on USACE Lakes within the Little Rock District, including that work conducted by recognized stakeholders and sanctioned by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
