NAV NOTICE SWL 14-13 MKARNS-TOW HAULAGE EQUIPMENT OUT OF SERVICE, DAVID D. TERRY LOCK (NO. 6) NM 108.1
DAVID D. TERRY L&D - Tow haulage equipment at David D. Terry Lock (No. 6) is out of service. Double cut tows will have to be locked the conventional way (without the use of tow haulage).

MKARNS - Due to the repositioning of buoys by the United States Coast Guard (USCG), the sailing instructions for NM 42.5 through NM 43.1 as noted in Navigation Notice SWL 14-09 have been lifted.

MKARNS - Due to shallow pool conditions, mariners are advised that until further notice, both upbound and downbound tows should stay 50 feet away from the red line while between NM 42.5 and NM 43.1.

NAV NOTICE SWL 14-06 UPDATE ON INCREASED DIFFERENTIALS ON THE WHITE RIVER ENTRANCE CHANNEL
White River - At 11:00 a.m. on January 31 the tailwater elevation at Norrell Lock and Dam was 128.60 ft-msl and the headwater elevation at Montgomery Point Lock and Dam was 124.89 ft-msl, with a differential of 3.71 feet.

White River - This is to advise mariners transiting the White River Entrance Channel (WREC) of increased head differentials between Norrell Lock and Dam and Montgomery Point Lock and Dam.

NAV NOTICE SWL 14-04 MKARNS - River Closure at NM300.8
MKARNS - The U.S. Coast Guard has closed the Arkansas River to navigation traffic at the Van Buren Railroad Drawbridge (NM 300.8). The Railroad expects the bridge will be lifted by January 28, 2014. At that time, traffic will be allowed to pass.
