Item II. Public Comment Session: Once the verbal comment period opens, the operator will ask the individuals wishing to speak to type a specific code on their phone and they will be put in a public comment cue. When it is time for the individual to make their comments, an announcement of the caller’s name will be made and their line will be unmuted so they can make their comments. Speakers will have two minutes to provide their verbal comment to the committee. A 30-second time remaining announcement will be made to alert the caller that their time is ending soon. Once two minutes are up, callers will be put back on mute and the next caller will be identified.
If at any time the caller begins to make unruly comments, their line will be immediately muted and they may be removed from the call.

There is no visual component to this teleconference/meeting, and participants are asked to review and follow the posted meeting material as we move through the agenda items.
