The project also entails installing a new line across three levee systems that are federally constructed, locally maintained and are part of the PL84-99 program.

Proposed Action: The proposed project involves the installation of a floating boat dock approximately 36' long X 17' wide in waters of the United States along the banks of the Arkansas River in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Requester: Applied Land Restoration

Proposed Action: The primary purpose of this bank is to mitigate for unavoidable impacts to streams and wetlands authorized under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. The project goal is to restore and enhance streams and wetlands functions and values within the mitigation bank area on waters of the United States.

Proposed Action: The proposed work would include placement of riprap in the river approximately 15-25 feet out from the bank and placement of gravel fill and rock tiebacks to form a bench behind the rock toe protection on waters of the United States to stabilize approximately 500 linear feet of rapidly eroding stream bank along the James River upstream of Table Rock Lake in Galena, MO.

Proposed Action: The proposed project involves the installation of a dry hydrant and suction pipe in the Arkansas River (project area) on waters of the United States that has a 6" PVC or ductile iron pile that attaches to the dry hydrant and is routed down and stubbed into the Arkansas River.

Proposed Action: The proposed project involves the installation of approximately 4-mile 500kV Transmission line across the Arkansas River (project area) on waters of the United States associated with the placement of utility line poles, temporary access roads, mechanized land clearing, and related construction activities.

Proposed Action: The projects will require replacing the existing Little Mulberry River tee beam bridge with a continuous composite W-beam unit approximately 50' downstream of the existing bridge. The existing multi-beam bridge at the Mulberry River will be replaced with a continuous composite plate girder unit approximately 70 feet upstream of the existing bridge.

Proposed Action: The proposed project will be a four-lane interstate spanning the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System with a span length of approximately 5,000 feet, followed by an approximately 2,500-foot embankment followed by a bridge spanning approximately 2,500 feet that also crosses the Crawford County Levee.

Proposed Action: The proposed utility line project will include installation of a new 36-inch diameter raw water line that will carry raw water from Brewer Lake to the City of Conway treatment plant. This new raw water line is supplemental to, and for much of the project area parallels, an existing RWL.

Proposed Action: The project will require dewatering, cofferdams, and temporary equipment access to install concrete bottoms and transition aprons within the channel to reinforce the existing bottomless box culverts and bridge foundation for the Meandering Way bridge over Little Massard Creek.

Proposed Action: The proposed project involves the installation of a concrete pad in the Arkansas River and upgrade of an existing path into the Arkansas River including 12 cubic yards of concrete below the ordinary high-water mark.

Proposed Action: Rehabilitation and repair of the existing spillway structure for the Lake Conway Dam in Faulkner County just south of Mayflower, AR. The current water control structure needs to be updated to manage changing precipitation patterns and hydrology of the watershed.

Proposed Action: Installation of a shallow pump station and an above ground (over the levee) discharge pipe across Fourche Levee. The project involves installation of a 48" D.I. inlet pipe to a concrete 10' diameter concrete wetwell with 24" discharge traveling underground through D.I pipe over the existing Fourche Island levee.

Proposed Action: Continuance of commercial dredging operations along various stretches of the Arkansas River. A commercial dredging permit has been authorized in this reach since 1981, authorized for dredging both within the navigation channel and within areas adjacent to the navigation channel for sand and gravel commercial use.

Requester: Little Rock Yacht Club

Proposed Action: Installation of approximately 920 linear feet of floating wave attenuators in waters of the United States just in front of the Little Rock Yacht Club Docks. The structures will be secured with concrete blocks and 3/8 inch galvanized long link chain to reduce wave action from passing vessels.

Requester: Action Town Park Adventures

Proposed Action: Installation of one vehicular creek crossing and two pedestrian crossings over Beaverdam Creek at Action Town Park. The vehicular crossing will be a span bridge constructed from a recycled flat rail car or semi flat trailer. The two pedestrian crossings will span the creek using timber framing.

A commercial dredging permit has been authorized in this reach since 1980, for dredging both within the navigation channel and within areas adjacent to the navigation channel for sand and gravel commercial use.

Proposed Action: Repair the footing and scour by installing sheet piles surrounding the spread footing and bearing piles, then filling the area with lightweight cellular concrete. The area surrounding the piles would be stabilized with gravel-filled geotextile containers covered with articulating concrete block mat.

Proposed Action: The project involves installation of a new culverted road crossing over the Black River Levee Ditch in Clay County, Arkansas.
