Louis O.D. Kealer’s career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was impressive. He had contact with literally thousands of persons in the Yell, Logan, and Perry county areas, as well as over the state of Arkansas, during his 50 year career – 42 years at Blue Mountain and Nimrod Lakes.
