Little Rock District Deputy Commander Lt. Col. ChaTom “CT” Warren was a keynote speaker along with Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr., and U.S. Coast Guard Rear Admiral Wayne Arquin Jr., at this year’s International Boating and Water Safety Summit hosted by the National Safe Boating Council in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 16. Warren discussed the various water safety strategies the Little Rock District utilizes to keep visitors safe while recreating on our lakes and rivers. The event was a great opportunity for the Little Rock District to not only highlight our current strategies but to reiterate our commitment to water safety to agency partners as well.
