The Mississippi River Commission visited the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System Aug. 10 through 14 to perform a low-water inspection and meet with stakeholders onboard the Motor Vessel Mississippi, the largest towboat in the country and the official vessel of the MRC.
