Bobber the Water Safety Dog showed up at Table Rock Lake on Sept. 30 to wish everyone luck during the Catch a Special Thrill Event for disabled children who don’t normally have the opportunity or ability to go fishing. C.A.S.T. events are designed to create an adaptive environment where children can experience a fun day on the water.
