NAV NOTICE SWL 14-29 Sailing Instructions NM 184.8 to NM 185.4

Due to shoaling, mariners are advised that until further notice, both upbound and downbound tows should run the center channel to the green line while between NM 184.8 and NM 185.4.  No passing is advised while transiting through this reach.
