USACE announces Highway 32 reopened over Millwood Dam

ASHDOWN, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has completed maintenance work at Millwood Dam and Highway 32 is now open to all traffic. Crews finished pumping operations and restored normal access across the dam.

USACE officials appreciate the public’s patience during the closure, particularly given recent weather-related impacts to area roadways. The coordinated efforts of local emergency responders, the Arkansas Department of Transportation and contracted support helped ensure a safe and efficient response.
