Little Rock District and the Corps of Engineers embrace the project management concept which makes Programs and Project Management Division the hub of tracking and oversight for the projects that are on-going in the districts. Project managers direct an interdisciplinary team of professionals as they plan, design, contract and construct projects for our military and civil customers.
