With over 30,000
surface acres of clear, blue water to explore, Greers Ferry has
room for boaters, skiers and fishermen to enjoy. Fuel, supplies
and services are available at 9 marinas operated by private businesses.
Twenty-two launch ramps provide access to those wishing to enjoy
a day on the lake. Some ramps require a day use fee of $3 per day
or purchase a $30 annual pass. Boats are not allowed inside the
buoyed line of Greers Ferry Dam.
Boaters
should remember to:
-Learn and follow small craft navigation rules;
-Obey Arkansas boating laws;
-Make sure your boat is seaworthy;
-Do not overload your boat;
-Wear your life jacket;
-Avoid standing in a moving boat;
-Watch for obstructions;
-Slow down when approaching other boats, docks or skiers;
