Beaver Creek

Description:Small, quiet campground in a river-like environment just perfect for a family outing.  The Spring and Fall season is a great time to come and enjoy fishing. The park is within an easy 15 minute drive of Forsyth, MO. and only 30 minutes from Branson, MO..

Location:From U.S. Highway 160 take Route O 2.5 miles south near Kissee Mills, MO.

Facilities: 36 campsites, 34 with electric (some sites have 50 amp service), flush toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, playground, picnic shelter, and marina. For reservable information please contact www.recreation.gov.

Fees: Basic $14, Electric $19.

Buck Creek

Description: Campground has many shaded and partially shaded sites. The Peel Ferry, operated by the Arkansas State Hwy. Department, crosses Bull Shoals Lake, connecting Arkansas to Missouri along Hwy 125, leaves from the park.  This is the last Ferry Boat in Arkansas that is being operated by the Arkansas Hwy Department.

Location: 5.5 miles south of Protem, MO.; on Arkansas State Highway 125.

Facilities: 38 campsites (36 with electric, 2 without), flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, swim area, playground and picnic shelter. For reservable information please contact www.recreation.gov.

Fees: Basic $14, Electric $19.

Dam Site

Description: A small cozy park located just off the Bull Shoals Dam on a bluff overlooking Bull Shoals Lake. This quiet park has an old growth hardwood canopy that provides a pleasant camping experience.  This park is located within the city limits of the city of Bull Shoals, Ar.

Location:1 mile southwest of the town of Bull Shoals on Highway 178.

Facilities: 35 campsites with electric hookups, flush toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, playground and picnic shelter.

Fees: No Basic, Electric $18-$20.

Open: May 1 - September 30.

Highway 125

Description: Wooded sites overlooking Bull Shoals Lake. Peel Ferry connecting AR Hwy 125 leaves from the park. This park has many new and upgraded facilities for the 2011 camping season.

Location: 14 miles northwest of Yellville on State Highway 14, then north on State Highway 125 for 13 miles.

Facilities: 38 campsites with electric hookups, flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, swim area, playground, picnic shelter, and marina. For reservable information please contact www.recreation.gov.

No Basic, Electric $18-$20.

Lakeview

Description: Large Park with wooded campsites on a bluff overlooking Bull Shoals Lake. Near the town of Lakeview, AR. This park has many new upgrades that will enhance your camping experience.  Areas of this campground are open year around.

Location: From Arkansas State Highway 178 in Lakeview, AR take Boat Dock Road into the park.

Facilities:78 campsites (26 with water and electric, 52 with electric), flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, swim area, playground, hiking trail, 2 picnic shelters, and marina. For reservable information please contact www.recreation.gov.

Fees: Basic $15, Electric $18 - $20.

Open: All Year.

Lead Hill

Description:Large Park with many sites located near the water. Most sites have canopies over picnic tables to provide shade.

Location: 4 miles north of Lead Hill, AR on State Highway 7.

Facilities: 75 campsites with electric hookups flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, swim area, playground, picnic shelters, and marina. For reservable information please contact www.recreation.gov.

Oakland

Description: This is a small but busy park little park near the lakeshore of Bull Shoals. Many sites are not shaded, but have canopies over the picnic tables.

Location: From Arkansas State Highway 5; take Highway 202 approximately 10 miles to Oakland Park.

Facilities:32 campsites (32 with electric hookups), flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramps, swim area, playground, picnic shelter, and marina. For reservable information please contact www.recreation.gov.

Fees:No Basic, Electric $18.

Pontiac

Description: Campground on a bluff overlooking the lake. Many sites are shaded.

Location: Arkansas State Highway 5; turn west toward Pontiac, MO on Highway W; park is approximately 7.5 miles from Highway 5.

Facilities: 39 campsites (28 with electric, 3 without), flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, playground, picnic shelters, and marina. For reservable information please contact www.recreation.gov.

River Run

Description: Campground is on the upper end of Bull Shoals Lake, 14 miles from Branson, MO. There are many long, level sites, and the setting is a river-like.

Location
: In Forsyth, Mo. on MO. Highway 160 go east across the bridge to the intersection of Highways 160 and 76; turn south on MO. Highway 76 cross bridge; park is located to the right of the highway just after crossing the Bull Shoals Lake bridge.

Facilities:32 campsites with electric hookups, 10 sites with 50 amp service, flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, and playground. No reservations accepted. All campsites are first come, first served.

Fees: No Basic, Electric $18 - $20.

Open: April 1 – September 30.

Theodosia

Description: This is a great little campground with full view of the lakeshore just off Mo State Hwy 160. Quick access to the shoreline is an asset to those who love the water.  The park has had several improvements in the past two years.  Come and enjoy Theodosia Park.

Location: From Theodosia, Mo.; 1 mile east on U.S. Highway 160; Park road is at the west end of the Theodosia bridge, turn south.

Facilities:31 campsites with electric hookups, 10 sites with 50 amp service, flush toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, swim area, playground, picnic shelters, and marina. For reservable information please contact www.recreation.gov.

Fees:Basic $14, Electric $18 - $19.

Tucker Hollow

Description: This smaller 28 campsite park has had a major upgrade in the past two years.  All campsites in A area have new pads, water and 50 amp electrical service.  The B loop has a new bathhouse. Come and enjoy the new facilities.

Location: 7 miles northwest of Lead Hill on State Highway 14, then 3 miles north on State Highway 281, which will dead end at the park.

Facilities: 30 campsites with electric hookups, 15 sites with 50 amp service, flush and vault toilets, showers, drinking water, trailer dump station, launching ramp, swim area, playground, 2 picnic shelters, and marina. Area A has all new sites with 50 amp electric service. For reservable information please contact www.recreation.gov.

Fees:No Basic, Electric $18 - $20.
