SWL 1982-09045-GK - 1/8/2016: CONSIDERATION OF REISSUANCE OF A REGIONAL GENERAL PERMIT for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the construction of boat launching ramps on waters of the United States within the Little Rock District in the States of Arkansas and Missouri.

MVM 2016-00011 - 1/8/2016: Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD), PO Box 2261, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203-2261, has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with replacing four bridges and widening the approaches on State Highway 14, and constructing a boat ramp on the Cache River. The proposed project is located on State Highway 14 immediately west of the City of Amagon in sections 19, 20, 29 and 30, T. 11 N., R. 1 W., and in sections 24 and 25, T. 11 N., R. 2 W., Jackson County, Arkansas. The basic purpose of the project is to upgrade 1.8 miles of State Highway 14 and replace four structurally deficient bridges. The overall purpose of the project is to upgrade the roadway and make it safer for motor vehicle traffic in the Jackson County area. The project is not water dependent.

SWL 2015-00340 - 10/28/2015: Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) PO Box 2261 Little Rock, Arkansas 72203-2261 has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with relocating 1.1 miles of State Highway 25 between Interstate 40 (I-40) and Beaver Fork Lake. The proposed project is located on the north side of the City of Conway, in sections 26 and 35, T. 6 N., R. 14 W., Faulkner County, Arkansas.

SWL 2014-00164-1 - 10/6/2015: Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Little Rock School District ATTN: Director of Facilities Management 3601 South Bryant Street Little Rock, Arkansas 72204 has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with construction of the proposed Katillus Road Middle School. The proposed project site is located in several unnamed tributaries to the Little Maumelle River, an associated pond, and associated wetlands, in the SW 1/4 of section 13, T. 2 N., R. 14 W., Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The basic purpose of the project is to construct a facility in which to provide education. The overall purpose of the project is to construct a middle school in the northwestern area of Little Rock. The project is not water dependent.
