    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) PO Box 2261 Little Rock, Arkansas 72203-2261 has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with relocating 1.1 miles of State Highway 25 between Interstate 40 (I-40) and Beaver Fork Lake. The proposed project is located on the north side of the City of Conway, in sections 26 and 35, T. 6 N., R. 14 W., Faulkner County, Arkansas.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Little Rock School District ATTN: Director of Facilities Management 3601 South Bryant Street Little Rock, Arkansas 72204 has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with construction of the proposed Katillus Road Middle School. The proposed project site is located in several unnamed tributaries to the Little Maumelle River, an associated pond, and associated wetlands, in the SW 1/4 of section 13, T. 2 N., R. 14 W., Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The basic purpose of the project is to construct a facility in which to provide education. The overall purpose of the project is to construct a middle school in the northwestern area of Little Rock. The project is not water dependent.

    Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) PO Box 2261 Little Rock, Arkansas 72203-2261 has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with rehabilitating 8.9 miles of U.S. Highway 64 and replacing the bridges over Glaise Creek, Cut-off Creek and two relief channels. The proposed project is located on U.S. Highway 64 between the Cities of Bald Knob and Augusta, in sections 17, 20, 21, 22, T. 8 N., R. 5 W., and in sections 27, 28, 29 and 30, T. 8 N., R. 4 W., White County, Arkansas. The basic purpose of the project is to rehabilitate 8.9 miles of U.S. Highway 64 and replace four structurally deficient bridges. The overall purpose of the project is to upgrade the roadway and make it safer for motor vehicle traffic in the White County area. The project is not water dependent.

    Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. Mitch Wine, Grotto Springs Ranch, LLC, 101 Newnata Cutoff, Mountain View, Arkansas 72560,has requested a change in service area for the RCMB. The RCMB prospectus was initially public noticed in March 2012. The RCMB Instrument was signed and approved by the District Engineer in January 2014. A description of the current and proposed service areas for RCMB is included below. Any public comments received will be distributed to the Interagency Review Team (IRT) and the sponsor, including any comments made during this time by IRT members. The IRT is made up of the Corps and the pertinent state and Federal resource agencies. The IRT will review the proposed service area expansion and coordinate with Mr. Mitch Wine on any issues. Finally, the District Engineer will review the proposed service area and make a decision to approve or not approve.
