SWL 2012-00190 - 7/16/2012: Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that: Mr. Todd Steven Smith, Close Enough Farms, PO Box 7, Naylor, Missouri 63953 has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the filling and relocation of 3,596 linear feet of an unnamed tributary during a landlevelling operation. The proposed project is located in an unnamed tributary to Ditch No. 3, in the W½ of the SW¼ of section 27, T. 22 N., R. 4 E., south of Naylor, in Ripley County, Missouri. The basic purpose of the project is to develop level farm land. The overall purpose of the project is to make this agricultural field easier to irrigate and cultivate. The project is not a water dependent activity.

SWL 2006-20547 - 7/16/2012: The District Commander, Little Rock District, proposes to issue an order assessing a Class I Administrative Penalty against Ozark Mountain Regional Public Water Authority (OMRPWA)for violations of a permit granted under Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.

SWL 2011-00668 - 6/21/2012: Pursuant to Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 U.S. Code 403) and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Ross Marine Services, LLC, PO Box 2985, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72913 has requested authorization for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with the construction of a barge launching ramp. The proposed project is located on the left descending bank of the Arkansas River, Navigation Mile 305.45, in section 29, T. 9 N., R. 32 W., Crawford County, Arkansas.

SWL 2011-00706 - 6/8/2012: Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Keathley Farms has submitted their completed Little Creek Mitigation Bank prospectus. The prospectus outlines the proposal for developing and operating the bank which is known as the banking instrument. After public comments are received and any issues resolved on the prospectus, Keathley Farms will submit a draft banking instrument to the District Engineer of the Little Rock District. The District Engineer will distribute the draft banking instrument to the Interagency Review Team (IRT), which is made up of the Corps and the pertinent state and Federal resource agencies. The IRT will review the banking instrument and coordinate with Keathley Farms on any issues until a final banking instrument is completed. Finally, the District Engineer will review the final instrument and make a decision to approve or not approve.

WDM 2012 - 5/24/2012: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, announces the availability of the Regional Supplement to the Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual: Eastern Mountains and Piedmont, Version 2.0. This supplement was developed by regional expert delineators with input from state and Federal agencies, academia and other local experts. It was peer reviewed by a panel of independent scientists and field tested by interagency teams of state and Federal agencies to determine the clarity and ease of use of the document and whether its use will result in any spatial changes in wetland jurisdiction for Clean Water Act Section 404 purposes.
