SWL 2017-00159 - 9/13/2017: Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that Mr. David Hopkins, City of Little Rock, Public Works Department, 701 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, has requested authorization for work, including the placement of dredged and fill material, in waters of the United States associated with improvements to address erosional problems and the drainage capacity of Briarwood Creek and Choctaw Circle, a cul-de-sac street, within the Briarwood neighborhood of Little Rock. The City of Little Rock held its own public meeting on August 10, 2017. No negative comments have been submitted to the city as of the date of this public notice. The proposed project is located in Briarwood Creek, in the NW 1/4 of section 1, T. 1 N., R. 13 W., Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The basic purpose of the project is improvements to city stormwater drainage. The overall purpose of the project is to address flooding and drainage problems for the residents of Choctaw Circle, and the immediate area in Little Rock, Arkansas.

SWL 1988-09046-GU - 10/26/2015: ISSUANCE OF A REGIONAL GENERAL PERMIT for the placement of dredged and fill material in waters of the United States associated with US Army Corps of Engineers work on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System in Arkansas and on US Army Corps of Engineers Lakes within the Little Rock District, including that work conducted by recognized stakeholders and sanctioned by the US Army Corps of Engineers.

MVK 2012-01056 - 10/18/2012: Pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S. Code 1344), notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) has submitted their completed Bayou Meto Mitigation Bank prospectus. The prospectus outlines the AHTD’s proposal for developing and operating the bank which is known as the banking instrument.
