Greers Ferry Lake

Volunteer at Greers Ferry

How can I volunteer at Greers Ferry Lake?

Here are just a few of the opportunities that are available for you...

  • Become a Volunteer Park Attendant

Park attendant volunteers are needed every year, in each season.  As a volunteer, a campsite will be provided to you that includes water, sewer and electric utilities.

  • Put past skills to use or learn new ones
  • Help with the upkeep of your parks and lands
  • Plant flowers, trees and shrubs

Recently volunteers have painted gatehouses, restrooms and gates; restriped parking lots and roadways; assisted with the annual mobility hunt; tree and brush removal; operating heavy machinery such as dump trucks and backhoes; assisted with the placement of fish structures and wildlife food plots.  Opportunities are endless!
