RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Army Corps of Engineers, Russellville Site Office advises visitors that Maple Creek Bridge at Bona Dea Park and Wildlife Sanctuary is closed until further notice.

The closure is effective immediately because of safety concerns resulting from flood damage to the structure and erosion of the adjacent creek bank. The bridge will remain closed until required critical repairs can be completed.

Visitors are encouraged to use the Prairie Creek and Walden Way Trails to avoid the Maple Creek Bridge.

Officials from the Army Corps of Engineers Russellville Site Office regret any inconveniences this may cause. For more information or questions, contact the Russellville Site Office at 479-968-5008.
