NOTICE OF SAFETY ZONE
FOR POPS ON THE RIVER FIREWORKS DISPLAY
MCCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM
To ensure the safety of life and property during the Pops on the River fireworks display in Little Rock, AR, a safety zone will be established by the Coast Guard for the Arkansas River from mile marker 118.8 to mile marker 119.5. The safety zone will be in effect from 9:20 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on July 4. No vessels may enter or remain within this safety zone unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port. Vessels may contact the Coast Guard Sector Lower Mississippi River on VHF-FM Channel 16 for further information.
