Mariners are advised that lockages at Norrell Lock (No. 1), may take longer than normal or intermittent delays may be experienced. The electric motors that operate the hydraulics on the locks are being replaced. The work is scheduled to begin the morning of Jan. 15 and end the evening of Jan. 15.
