The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and other local agency partners met at Murray Lock and Dam today for a water and recreation holiday safety media event.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, AGFC and other local agency partners met at Murray and Lock and Dam today for a water and recreation holiday safety media event.
Agencies came together to remind the public to practice recreation and water safety ahead of Labor Day weekend.
USACE, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Arkansas Waterways Commission North Little Rock Parks and Recreation Little Rock Parks & Recreation Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Central Arkansas Flotilla 15-8 and Congressman Bruce Westerman office encourage everyone to wear a life jacket when on or near water, don’t drink alcoholic beverages and operate a boat, never swim alone and stick to designated swim areas.
