Corps schedules boundary line maintenance on Greers Ferry Lake

HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. – The Army Corps of Engineers, Greers Ferry Lake Project Office advises landowners adjacent to public lands on Greers Ferry Lake that contract maintenance crews will be conducting boundary line maintenance along a 92-mile section of government boundary.

Corps lifts small craft advisory

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Army Corps of Engineers has lifted the small craft advisory for the Arkansas River. Advisories are issued when flows reach 70,000 cubic feet per second. Even though flows have receded below that threshold, Corps officials urge boaters to always use caution when on the river.

Temporary Full Road Closure of Highway 178 Bridge Across Bull Shoals Dam

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has scheduled a full road closure from 6:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. daily on Nov.22 and Nov.23 for Hwy 178 across Bull Shoals Dam, to install equipment used to perform maintenance on the dam’s sluice gates.
