Mariners are advised that James W. Trimble Lock and Dam (No. 13) NM 292.8 will be closed to navigation traffic on November 4th and 5th from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. This closure is to perform dive operations for an unscheduled inspection and repair of the downstream miter gates. If the work is completed ahead of schedule, the lock will reopen at that time. However, unforeseen problems could require additional time.
Lock Operators may be contacted via radio on Channel 16 or by phone (479) 452-0488 in advance of arrival to be advised of current conditions.
