Mariners are advised that intermittent delays may be experienced during daylight hours on Jan 12 and Jan 13 at Ozark-Jeta Taylor Lock (No. 12) NM 256.8. The intermittent delays are for the replacement of the cable connection for the tow haulage bit. Tow haulage will be unavailable during these times. If the work is completed ahead of schedule, the lock may reopen at that time. However, unforeseen problems could require additional time.
