The lock closure schedule identified in Navigation Notice No. SWL 20-02 has changed as shown below. The locks listed below will be closed to navigation traffic 24 hours daily for the dates specified. Sediment will be removed from the lock sills and hydrographic surveys will be performed in the center post receiver areas. If the work is completed ahead of schedule, the lock will reopen at that time. However, unforeseen problems could require additional time.
Lock 2020 Closure Dates
Ormond Lock (No. 9) Feb 3(7 a.m.) – Feb 6(5 p.m.)
Trimble Lock (No.13) Feb 10(7 a.m.) – Feb 13(5 p.m.)
Lock 2 Feb 24(7 a.m.) – Feb 27(5 p.m.)
Norrell Lock (No.1) Mar. 3(7 a.m.) – Mar 6(5 p.m.)
