ROGERS, Ark.  – The Army Corps of Engineers, Beaver Project Office announces the opportunity for individuals to bid on seven contract summer park attendant positions at Beaver Lake.  For more information about the positions, search for W9127S-17-T-0001 on FBO.gov.  Bids will be accepted through Dec. 19. 

The contract park attendants’ duties include, manning park gatehouses and collecting fees as well as cleaning park facilities.        

If a full time park attendant position is not your cup of tea, the Corps also has two volunteer park attendant positions available at Beaver Lake.  Volunteers work a 24 hour per week flexible schedule, manning park gatehouses and collecting fees as well as cleaning park facilities. In return, they are provided a campsite, which includes electric, water, and sewer from May through mid-September.              

Beaver Lake is located in beautiful northwest Arkansas with Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, and Eureka Springs within a short distance.  It is home to the University of Arkansas, Crystal Bridges Museum, Promenade Mall, and many other attractions.  For specifics on each position please contact Brian Walch at 501-340-1725 or 479-387-6391.
