Lt. Col. ChaTom "CT" Warren

Lt. Col. ChaTom "CT" Warren assumed duties as Deputy District Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District on July 20, 2020.

Lt. Col. Warren comes to Little Rock from the 130th Engineer Brigade, in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, where he served as the Brigade Executive Officer.

He received his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology in 2005 from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff , and also holds a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University in 2016.

His operational assignments include the 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii (2006-2010), where he served as a Horizontal Platoon Leader, Vertical Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and Assistant Operations Officer. He deployed twice to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2006, 2008-2009). Following the Engineer Officer’s Advance Course, he remained at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri (2010 – 2014) and served as the Assistant Brigade Engineer for the 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He then served as Commander of 55th Mobility Augmentation Company (MAC) and deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (2011-2012).  Following Company Command, Maj. Warren served as the Aide-de-Camp for the Commanding General of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE). Following his Aide-de-Camp assignment, he was assigned to the Corps of Engineers and served as Project Engineer and Deputy Resident Engineer while serving in the Japan Engineer District, Marine Corps Air Station, Iwakuni, Japan (2014 - 2016). After completing the Command and General Staff College in 2017, he served as the Plans Officer for the 130th Engineer Brigade, 84th Engineer Battalion Executive Officer, and the 130th Engineer Brigade Executive Officer (2017- 2020). 

Lt. Col Warren’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star, the Meritorious Service Medal with one oak leaf cluster, the Army Commendation Medal with two oak leaf clusters, the Army Achievement Medal with two oak leaf clusters, the National Defense Service Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal with one service star, the Iraq Campaign Medal with two service stars, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Service Ribbon, the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, the Air Assault Badge, and the Bronze Order of the de Fleury Medal.
